We allow proper in-home try-on for size and style confirmation. However, all returned items must remain clean, fresh and completely unworn for outdoor use. Clothes must be unwashed, unbleached and unironed, without dirt, stains, hair residue, makeup marks, sweat stains or strange odors. All original tags and packaging must be fully preserved to guarantee that the item can be resold in perfect condition. Any garment with obvious usage traces will not be accepted for return.

In compliance with international public hygiene policies, underwear, socks and swimwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Custom printed apparel, personalized graphic designs and all final-sale clearance products are also excluded from return services due to their unique production and discount attributes.

If you wish to return items due to size mismatch, style dissatisfaction or personal preference changes, you are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping fees. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items, please contact our customer support with clear photos within a reasonable time frame. We will verify the issue quickly and cover all return shipping costs to provide you with a full refund or free replacement.

Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned parcel, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Our support team offers full-process guidance for exchange requests, helping you switch to suitable sizes or colors conveniently.
